The art work for this collection, Surya Namaskar, was created during one of my yoga teacher trainings. The Sanskrit names for the asanas/postures for the Sun Salutations are layered in the background. This is actually how I learned them. The figures are scribed to represent the flow of Surya Namaskar A and B.
